Is this Mammillaria plumosa?

Is this Mammillaria plumosa ? if it is, what is the enviroment u all are growing in to make itflower?

Juz now inspect my mammillaria plumosa I realise one of the head has pop out a whitish flower bud... :grin:

Ok the last flowering only 2 buds ...this second time flowering manage to take a pic leow there is a slight increase in the number of flowers which is a gd sign :grin:
