Dear fellow members

I took some seeds while holidaying in Japan and plant them in my garden. I like the color and the flowers. Can someone help to ID this plant and how to maintain them? In Japan, the plants are about 2 meters but here it is about 1.2 m. Will it grow taller and somehow there is no seeds from the flowers although the 2nd batches of flowers are bigger than the first.

Thank you in advance.

Thank you. Do I have to remove the entire plant and replant them from seed after a period of time?

They self-seed so you will have more plants. They do grow tall so you be want to prune or replace them.
