I'm new here and hope to get some tips to get my Goodwin creek grey lavender to bloom. They have been growing rapidly and I even successfully propagated 10 cuttings from the mother plants.

I'm so motivated after reading some helpful posts here on how to grow lavender from seeds that I tried. Yeah, some sprouted.

Good for you Mrs Goh. Please show pictures of your plants if you are able to do so. I did successful grow some English lavender many years ago but was killed by the haze. Never did any more since then.Bridgehouse

Hi Mrs Goh, I do not have any tips I am afraid, I was just lucky I suppose. It grew from seeds and bloomed with lovely lavender fragrance. I had the pot to get morning sun and water it regularly. I know it is difficult to grow lavender here. I am aware that we have one member here who is good at it. Not sure if the person read your note. Bridgehouse.

Thanks bridgehouse. I've full sun at my balcony and water them bottoms-up daily. Do you prune your lavender to encourage more active growing? The leaves actually emit irresistible strong lavender scent. Hopefully those seedlings I started bloom eventually like yours.
