I got my plants. The plants were great. but he used the wrong shipping method which caused my plants to arrived in a very stressed state. :ranting2:/>

Your ordered nepenthes? or just VFT. If it's just VFT then no CITES is required, just need to state that the plants are artificially propagated on the phytosanitary cert will do.

Stressed condition? Atleast its not decaying and still salvageable XD But the seller...really unprofessional, u forked out additional sum for nothing, he should give u a refund atleast.

He has terrible customer service! And he takes forever to reply back...a email takes over a week and i placed my order around 3months ago and its still not settled. He kept apologising saying he has problems in green house but it doesnt even make any sense...

I think he has problems with his financial cash flow. I kind of think that he ran out of money for my CITES and EMS. :ranting2:/>
100% CHOP won't buy from him again. even if the plants are in 100% fresh healthy condition. the terrible service is a BIG NO NO. :ranting2:/>
