Going to Bangkok for Neoregalias

Hi, Guy pardon me if this question being ask as this Friday after the voting i will been going to Bangkok for a trip may I know that can I purchase 2 or 3 small colourful Neoregalias without soil and wrap in newspaper and put in my luggage without declare to custom as I try to find some nusery in singapore either never sell or just plain green colour in expensive prce any advise is appreciated :)/>

Can. But it will be at your own risk. You must get a phyto cert and also a permit from ava for clearence at the airport. The permit can be easily be purchased online and takes a day to take effect, which is good for travellers who may buy a plant on impulse.

You will need to get a local officer to obtain the phyto cert.
