Just wondering, how the judges know that the fruit belongs to the seed they distribute??

I went to hort park today. For anyone interested, there is a stall selling edible veg seeds. They sell winter melon seeds a large variety n a smaller variety. The guy said his seeds are from Malaysia, 10 seeds for a $1. They also sell a small pkt of wheat grass seeds for a $1. Wheat grass seeds r hard to find as many organic shops have closed n supermarkets don't sell wheat seeds. I think stall name is Be organic.
