This vanda is getting afternoon direct sun from 1pm to night fall. As it is potted in charcoal and some moss since purchase, should I leave it as it is? Anyone knows the id for this vanda or is this another NOID?

Thanks for the ID. I can now go tag it.

For my watering regime, I'm watering it at night by pouring water directly into the pot but am avoiding the crown and such. But I've seen a youtube suggesting to submerge the plant's roots into a pair of water for 15min; 3 times a day. Is my current practice suffice for Vanda?

Hi,
I recently received some vanda seedlings including Mimi Palmer from a friend. How long does it take for those seedlings to grow to blooming size?

Under the right growing condition (like in the orchid farms), it takes about 3 to 4 years for the seedling
plant to grow to a flowering plant. Otherwise, it will take longer.
