I managed to get some green chinchau plants from Indonesia. Does anyone know the proportion of leaves to water plse? The person who gave me the plant said to mash the leaves in hot water , strain it and let it set.
Thanks in advance..

I don't think there is a recipe or an exact amount of leaves you need to use. With black or green leaf tea I usually use one teaspoon full of mashed and dried leaves and use that for one cup of tea. I would do the same with Cyclea here. Just by experimenting. Take a few leaves and see how it tastes and go further from there.
