Hi there,

I have recently receive a heirloom San Fransisco Starter and was suppose to throw away half of the first batch of the starter. Naturally I did not but now I have a problem of keeping them all in the fridge. So if anyone is interested in working with it, I have written a post here on how to keep them:
http://luxuryofscent...gh-starter.html

I will be working on an easy bread roll recipe using dough hook and will upload it tomorrow or the day after.
Let me know if any of you interested to try it out.

In return, I am looking for the following plants any cuttings or information on where to procure them would be greatly appreciated.

Very strong scent of rose or peach plumeria/frangipani fragrance.
Vera Cruz Rose Plumeria
Penang Peach Plumeria
Dwarf Ylang Ylang
Tuberose Bulbs
Composting Worm Bin

No worries if you do not know where to find them, I will still give out the starters. PM me for more details.

Update 8 Oct 2014:I have uploaded my favorite easy sourdough bread roll recipe below:

Hi Sandi,

I make pizza dough and foccacia from time to time. Interested to have some sour dough starter to improve flavour.

I make all my breads from hand and always try whole wheat/oat flour if possible.

Unfortunately I don't have Plumerias for exchange.

Hi,

No problem. Ohhh a handmade bread, lovely. I can pass you 50g of the sourdough starter to start with. Usually in order for bread to create a sourness you have to have a longer proof. I just tried out the second batch this evening and the fresh bread have clean sour tang. I have uploaded the adapted recipe here: http://luxuryofscent...read-rolls.html

PM me your no so we can arrange the place date and time.

Sandi
