I have been pulling and throwing away these peromia pellucida weeds from my pots. Recently, I met someone growing it to improve gout symptoms. An Indonesian told me she was given the juice as medicine to treat cough as a child and it worked. I read that the Vietnamese eat them in stir fries and salad. Anyone here have been eating this weed for a long time and how do you use it? What are the quantities you use and are there side effects? They are common weeds in Singapore and would be great if there are studies on its medicinal properties.
