Just got my live Spaghnam Moss recently from a fellow forumer (thanks Ben!) and redecorated my 1 foot terrarium, using an unused fish tank I have and an aquarium 9W 6500K LED lights. The plants are growing very well in this light.

Got a few concerns from fellow bros here about my tortoise and legalities with the Authorities here. Well...guys, the tortoise is a fake! It is a figurine bought off the shelf from Aqua Empire! :hysterical:/>/>

The colour temperature of the LED lamp of 6500K(Kelvin) is actually good for growing plants. I have used it to grow water plants before and it works well. And my Fittonias are growing very well with a few trimmings already. Remember growing plants indoors with artificial lights, you just have to get the right colour temperature bulbs. Those bulbs sold at Ikea are usually colour temperature of around 3700K i think, which is very yellowish and is very bad for the plants, and it may kill them totally. Those plants I have in the terrarium, are of low light requirements, even if place outdoors, they would not like direct sunlight but love shady areas. So choose the right plants for the right setting. :)/>/>
