Hi guys,
I'm new to this forum but have had a lot of interest in orchids for about a year now.
I have a question... Does anybody here own variations of Vanda (now Papilionanthe) Miss Joaquim?

Namely Papilionanthe Miss Joaquim "Josephine",
Papilionanthe Miss Joaquim "Douglas"
and Papilionanthe Miss Joaquim "Agnes"?

Thanks in advance!!

Agnes is the one that's our national flower right?

Anyway, I know Toh got Agnes and Douglas. They even have Hookeriana. The vanda area has towers of VMJ and the white flower one. All about 2m or taller. Very swee. That time I went in Sep all these towers bloomed till very spectacular.
They got ready-to-sell pots of Agnes.

Song got huge pots (almost as tall as a human being) of dun know which variant. Though I dun know if they are for sale at all.

Up-the-slope Heng Soon also have. Pots of avg about 2-ft tall.

WL also have pots and big clumps of dun know which variant. Growing like weeds all over 1 corner.

I saw at Toh & WL there's a full-terete one with all white flowers. What is the name of this?

Not to be confused with "Toh Orchids", there is another orchid nursery called "Toh Garden". Their website has a page filled with
beautiful pictures of Vanda Hookeriana and Vanda Teres hybrids (parents of VMJ) :wub:/>

Both same same. Actually there's no Toh Orchids. Correct name should be Toh Garden

Thank you Chatbud for your response and beautiful images! The first one looks like it's a variation as the lip is very different from VMJ:)
I will look into Toh Gardens and Woon Leng!
Cheers!

The terete leaves distinct V up one is V. Hookeriana. WL has.
VMJ's terete leaves no pattern one, grow in every direction.
