Help to identify plants

Can help to identify the below plant? Suppose to be good for enzema.

Vitex Trifolia aka chastewood. Is good for mirgraine and also repel mosquito when the dried leafs is burnt as a incense.

they folks also said it had anti diabetic properties however it is best for both male and female consumer to use the concoction wisely because prolong using has effects on the hormones causing hormones imbalance.
