New terrarium

Hello, me and my family went to the terrarium workshop at the 8th Dec Gardener's day out @ the Hortpark and got ourselves a Fittonia(Vein plant) terrarium.Although immediately, there was a problem, we don't have a reliable light source, sunlight would overheat the glass container and I don't know wether the polarizing light lamp is OK for the plant.So to cut the loooooong story short, here's my question, is my 27W polarizing light lamp a good and reliable light source for the plant? And if it isn't what should I use.And if it is , can I use it for my VFT? Thanks in advance.

hey!
i think your plant will still be fine without a light source...
i have afew terrariums at home and i keep them where it is bright in the day (but no direct sunlight to prevent overheating)...
