I have a fern keeps sending out fresh leaves that turn brown at the edges after the 2nd week (see center frond). The plant sits in a corridor and does not have direct sunlight. It is watered about once or twice a week with tap water that has been left standing for at least 24 hour.
A friend advised me that I should water the centre as well as I only watered it on the edges before. But event though I started doing that, the problem recurred. I only fertlised with fish emulsion fert after 8 months I got it. Can anyone give advice? Is it too much light?
