Hi all,

Will the same flower spike bloom again after the flower drop off?
The spike still remain greenish even for a month after I got it from a local nursery.

Any chances of re-spiking again?

Is that flower spike? And a very small leaf growing in the crown.

This type of phal will bloom again from the same spike as long as the flower spike remains greenish. But, it may bloom after a few months or may be in a month.
How soon will depend on your growing conditions. The plants bought from nursery will acclimatize to new(your) environment first. Then it will bloom for you.

The one in third picture is flower spike and that "a very small leaf growing in the crown" will be either bract or bud. Flower bud will grow from each bract.

Hope this helps.

2nd Phal: Phal Jessie Ang x Phal Violacea 'red'
The new leaf seems to be growing much faster than the spike. Is it normal?

Hi, if the spike is still growing, it's ok. If not, it's probably just stalled due to change in environment. Nothing to worry about. :)/>
