I think I got 2 types of Philo.... one is 2 colored and the other is only green.

yours is not a Philodendron. It is an Epipremnum. Epipremnum aureum. Both are the same; one has variation the other does not.

Finally I know my species... E. Aureum.

Spotted a large one hanging from an old tree just after SCGS school along Dunearn Rd...
