Its coming up flowers left right and center!

Hi, Rex. Good Day

Do you have the ID for this Ascocenda. I had this and it is quite easy to re-bloom. Last time, I googled in the net and it indicates "Ascocenda Orange Blossom" but Royl told me this ID is not registered. Any idea?

I can only guess which ascocenda you are referring to as there is no pic attached to your question. I bought it with no ID but it is one of the most floriferous orchids that I have.

Hey, more blooms

Paphiopedilum niveum

http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/hh35/cycnoche/PAPHWEB.jpg

Comment:
by looking at the leaves as well and the flower stalk,
this does not appear to be niveum.
Anyway it is a nice hybrid. Thanks for sharing.

note: easy to bloom, just give it plenty of light, grow with catts

http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/twofish69/RoyalRobesweb.jpg
note: perfect miltassia for the beginner, blooms several times a year, grow with mature phals

http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/twofish69/IMG_0696sweb.jpg
note: Candy Tuft is super fragrant and easy to bloom - should be grown into a large clump for multiple spike blooming

http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/twofish69/IMG_0771sweb.jpg
note: blooms regularly, grow with oncidiums and kept evenly moist

Happy Growing :)/>

Some colorful blooms to brighten up the dull grey days we have been experiencing:

note - this is a new addition. Woon Cheng said that if I could bloom the above, I would be able to bloom this easily too. Robust plant.

Hi Rex,

Is this a Zygo? Did you manage to re-bloom it? What condition that you keep it at?
I got some Zygos from Song. New shoots at 2 inch tall but no sign of flower spike.

Thanks,
Jim

Warus,

I didn't get any zygonisia even there is one in bloom. Instead, i brought this home.

Believe it is a cool grower but just couldn't resist it when Uncle Song said it can be re-bloomed here. Perhaps, this hybrid can really take the heat here?
I keep it in my bedroom so it gets the aircon at night.
Flowers are gorgeous, foliage are not spotted like the usual zygo anyway. Looking great.
Fragrance is not as strong as the spotted petal type zygo.
