Saw this plant with nice 2 color flower at Fraser's Hill recently. Looks like a plant from the hibiscus family. Any idea what is the name ?

Yes, it is beautiful. I brought back a few cuttings. Hopefully they will root and bloom in our weather.

Hibiscus syriacus 'Tricolor' has double flowers coloured pink, red & purple on the same plant.

Since the flowers are pink & purple only on the plant you saw, perhaps it's another cultivar.

erm... i got virus warning of a bloodhound exploit 281 from my norton program. This is a form of a trojan Giframe worm.... I got this when I was not logged in to GCS and I went to click on the photobucket link. The trojan is on photobucket link.

Then when i logged in to GCS, i can see the pictures here instead of the links.

So i guess users should log in here and view instead of clicking directly on the photobucket links..

But then this got me worried for photobucket users who may be exposed to such virus when we upload and access the photobucket website...

I love the colour combination! No need to have 2 plants when you can get two-in-one...

i suppose you can get a good anti-virus program. Then it should prevent you from getting the virus as well as giving you the solution to eradicate and remove it from your system

Yes, it is slow growing. It has been 10 months and the plants hardly grow, only 10" tall.

Oh yes ... then maybe most put it in air conditioning to get it to grow a little faster ...LOL
Mine also .... when compared to the white ones ...this twig is really dwarf ... tsk, tsk!
